  • Medium rooms and larger

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. To proceed, please secure your reservation by submitting the required deposit. Room availability is subject to change at any time, including between your inquiry and the time you confirm.

Same-day reservations close at 3:00 PM.

Please note:

• There may be a brief wait even with a confirmed reservation.

• A majority of your group must be present to begin the session.

• No-shows or late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may lead to automatic cancellation and loss of deposit.

• For a full refund of your deposit, a 48-hour notice of cancellation must be given.

• Requests to extend time are subject to room availability.

• All room bookings have a minimum of 1.5 hours.

• Additional time is prorated based on the room rate.

  • Room time begins once you enter the room and ends when both microphones and iPad are returned to the front desk.

• No outside food, drinks, or alcohol are allowed inside the venue.

• Bags and belongings will be checked upon entry.

• Any outside alcohol brought in will be confiscated, and a $200 fee will be charged to the room.

• City Night KTV reserves the right to refuse service to any guest.

Cakes, cupcakes, and cookies are allowed for celebrations.
Please bring your own plates, utensils, and candles, as KTV does not provide these items.

Optional Cake Package:
Plastic knife, plates, and utensils (Qty: 20) — $10
Additional sets are available for purchase if needed.

We welcome decorations for birthdays or special events!
However, please note:

• Decorating time counts toward your booked room time.

• Confetti and glitter balloons are not allowed.

• No banners to be hang on the wall using adhesives as it may result to damaging the paint of the wall.

• Any violation or damage may result in additional cleaning fee.

A 20% gratuity will be automatically applied based off the pre-discounted total of any and all tabs.

Please look out for each other, if you or your friend looks like have reached the limit, please refrain from consuming additional alcohol.

$200 cleaning fee will be added to the room on the final bill for excessive dirtiness or bodily fluids

Maximum number of credit card payments allowed (NO EXCEPTIONS):

• Two (2) for Mini, Small, and Medium Rooms.

• Five (5) for Large, X-Large, VIP, and VIP+ Rooms.

Cash and Apple Pay are also accepted.

All sales are final. Check itemized receipt before final payment.

• The touchscreen system is updated bi-monthly by the company. The company that owns the software are the ones that determine which songs are updated.

• The iPad system is any song / music video you can find on Youtube. Please search:

• [Song Title] - If you have lyrics memorized by heart.

• [Song Title] & Lyrics - If you need the lyrics to the song.

• [Song Title] & Karaoke - If you want to song without the vocal.

We have 2 types of machines:

1) Touch Screen

2) iPad System

* Remote Control Tablet (TJ Machine, available only if request in advance).

If there is a preference, please let the host know at check in.

At the time, we do not allow mobile devices to connect to our karaoke machines.

However, if you’d like to curate your own playlist beforehand, please reach out to KTV for more detail.
